Refund Policy

The Course Closer Operated by [YOUR BUSINESS ENTITY NAME] Website: thecoursecloser.com Last updated: [INSERT PUBLISH DATE]

This Refund Policy applies to both the $49 Core Course and $95 Closer Kit tiers of The Course Closer, purchased at thecoursecloser.com. It should be read alongside our [Terms of Service], which it is incorporated into by reference.

1. All Sales Are Final

The Course Closer is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

You receive full access to the course content the moment your payment is confirmed. Because the entire product is delivered instantly and in full, there is no trial period, no partial delivery, and nothing to return.

Please read the sales page, the module list, and this policy before purchasing. If you are unsure whether the Course is right for you, email [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] with your questions before you buy — we would rather answer them than take a sale you'll regret.

2. Limited Exceptions

We will issue a refund in these specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge. You were billed more than once for the same purchase.
  • Failure of delivery. A technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the Course and we could not resolve it.
  • Where required by law. Certain jurisdictions grant statutory refund or cancellation rights that override this policy. See Section 3.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address used to purchase, including your order/receipt number from your Stripe confirmation email. We aim to respond within [INSERT RESPONSE TIME, e.g., 2 business days].

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within [INSERT PROCESSING WINDOW, e.g., 5 business days]. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Once a refund is issued, your access to the Course is revoked.

3. Consumers in the EU, UK, and Other Statutory-Right Jurisdictions

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase.

For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery begins, provided you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give that consent at checkout before payment is taken.

If you did not give that consent, or if your local consumer law grants rights that this policy cannot override, those rights apply regardless of Section 1. Contact [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will honour them.

[NEEDS REVIEW: the checkout flow must actually present this consent and record it — see the implementation note in the internal copy of this policy. Without it, Section 3 does not hold up in the EU/UK.]

4. No Guarantee of Results

Nothing in this policy creates a results-based guarantee. We do not promise any specific income, sales, or business outcome, and dissatisfaction with your results is not grounds for a refund. See Section 5 of the Terms of Service.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us first at [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL]. We respond to every message and will resolve anything that falls under Section 2 quickly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate and permanent loss of access to the Course. We dispute illegitimate chargebacks with Stripe and the card issuer using purchase, access, and communication records, including timestamps showing when the content was delivered and accessed.

6. Tier-Specific Notes

  • Both tiers are one-time payments. There is no subscription, renewal, or recurring charge, and therefore nothing to cancel.
  • Upgrading from the $49 tier to the $95 tier is likewise final.

[NEEDS REVIEW: confirm whether tier upgrades will be offered at all before publishing.]

This document is a draft template prepared for internal use and is not a substitute for legal advice. Have a licensed attorney, or a reputable legal-document service (e.g., Termly, Rocket Lawyer, TermsFeed), review this policy before publishing it live or accepting payments against it. Confirm this policy's wording exactly matches the refund language on the live sales page before launch — inconsistency between the sales page and this policy is a common source of customer disputes and potential FTC/consumer-protection exposure for deceptive advertising.
